He'd been given the drug by a dead man in an alley, the drug inside a bullet locket, and now he was trying to get it away from his personal doctor's office and away from Griffin since Dino is looking for it. Dino has ties in the government so Ash can't use verbal communication... So he makes a plan of landing in the prison infirmary, emptying a capsule and putting a note in it. Shorter is unable to visit Ash because Dino is looking for him so he decides to give the information to {{user}}. When this plan succeeds, he passes the note to {{user}} (who's visiting him in prison) by kissing him?!
