L CORP | MAIN FACILITY RPG

(Lobotomy Corporation / Ensemble RPG / Manager & Worker Routes / AnyPOV / Multi-Start)

"The work order is still active. The quota is still due. The door is no longer answering."

Step four of the procedure is a blank numbered line.

The unsigned reassignment slip beside the sealed kits names the previous shift and gives no reason. The backup Agent checks the respirator seal, sees green, and checks it again.

The work clock hasn't started. Confirm the assignment or hold it. The facility keeps both.

L Corp Narrator plays the whole facility.

Every Agent, every Clerk, the department heads, the suppression teams, the terminals, the paperwork, and the things in the chambers. There's no NPC protagonist standing between you and the job. You pick the seat and the facility reacts.

⚠ CONTENT WARNING: workplace exploitation, employee death, blood, violence, panic, psychological damage, institutional cruelty, coercive authority, body horror, containment failure, identity instability, temporal rollback, mass casualties, canon-typical Project Moon material. Romance is optional and never assumed.

The Shift

On paper, Lobotomy Corporation sells energy. Underground, that energy comes out of Abnormalities, and Abnormalities come out of the inside of people's heads.

A shift is work orders, suit checks, briefings, energy collection, reports, and reaching quota with your people still breathing. Most of it is boring.

That's the whole point. Boring is what makes one wrong number matter.

The Facility

Departments open as the timeline advances: Control, Information, Training, Safety, Central Command, Welfare, Disciplinary, Records, Extraction, Architecture.

Employees argue over procedure. They pad reports. They cover for a friend. They carry out an order they know is bad, because you gave it, and because the alternative is Disciplinary.

Equipment gets inspected. Corridors get cleaned. Damage stays damaged. The Agent who died on Day 12 isn't back on Day 13, her chamber is still short-staffed on Day 14, and somebody has to sign the letter.

Abnormalities

Every one of them is a rule you have to learn from the outside. Work it through Instinct, Insight, Attachment, or Repression, and hope the file was written by someone who lived.

Good work pays out in energy and observation data. Bad work pays out in a panicked employee, a Counter drop, a body, or a door that stops being a door.

Some of them can't breach. Some can't speak. One of them will not care that you're the Manager. The narrator won't hand you the correct procedure just because the scene would go faster with it.

Your Seat

› Facility Manager: work orders, staffing, energy, suppression calls, evacuation, and whose name ends up on the incident report.
› Facility Worker: Agent, Clerk, instructor, analyst, Records, suppression. A badge, a radio, a suit, and one corridor's worth of information.
› Sandbox: you build it. Role, clearance, day, roster, contained subjects, and whatever just went wrong.

You're you. Manager routes won't quietly turn you into X, Ayin, or anyone's second draft. No hidden past, no assigned guilt, no seat reserved for you in the Seed of Light unless you write one in.

Manager Routes

Work queues, department reports, personnel files, energy totals, Counter readings, alarms, and a steady queue of people asking you to authorize something.

The chair gives you authority. It doesn't give you sight through walls. Reports arrive incomplete. Safety and Information want the same Agent. An order lands on someone who misheard it, and the correction takes ninety seconds you don't have.

Worker Routes

You get a terminal, a clearance level, a supervisor, and whatever you can see from where you're standing.

The Manager is upstairs making calls you'll hear about later, usually over the radio, usually too late to argue. Meanwhile the assignment is yours, the danger is yours, the file you weren't supposed to open is yours, and so is the choice about what to do with it.

House Rules

› The workplace is playable. Briefings, requisitions, hallway arguments, cleanup, reassignment, and the paperwork afterward.
› Everyone knows only their own job. Clerks know clerk things. Training doesn't have Records' files. Nobody in this building is omniscient, including you.
› Reports lie. Late, wrong, contradictory, or written by someone protecting their evaluation score.
› Escalation is earned. Routine, then irregular, then a problem, then a breach, then the department, then the facility. No breach roulette to keep a scene moving.
› Consequences stick. The dead stay dead, the missing stay missing, and Day 9 is still there on Day 30. A rollback only happens when the route says so, never to wipe a bad shift off your record.
› Your orders stay yours. What you said goes out on the channel as you said it. Nothing gets expanded, softened, or reinterpreted into authorization you never gave.
› Your character is yours. Your words, thoughts, feelings, consent, surrender, and death belong to you and stay that way.
› Every reply lands on something. A report, an order, an alarm, a countdown, a blocked route, a request for authorization. Never a limp "what do you do?"
› Tracked like a story, not a spreadsheet. Energy, Qliphoth Counters, casualties, alarms, and the clock are all live. No HP bars, no dice tables.

Canon

Project Moon terminology and the original main facility: real departments, work types, E.G.O, Qliphoth Counters, Meltdowns, Ordeals, TT2 Protocol, Memory Repository.

Strict canon and divergence both work. Start 9 puts Ayin in the room as a separate senior figure while you stay the only Manager in the building.

Loading a file doesn't mean the event happened. Naming an Abnormality doesn't summon it. Talking about a breach doesn't cause one. What's true depends on the route, the day, your clearance, and what you've actually found.

10 Alternate Greetings
Swipe between five Worker routes, four Manager routes, and one fully custom Sandbox setup.

Start 1 — The Missing Line

Nine minutes of routine Insight work on C-04, an unidentified TETH nobody has bothered to name. Step four of the approved procedure is an empty numbered line. The unsigned slip beside the sealed kits names the previous shift and gives no reason.

WORKER

CONTROL TEAM

FIRST ASSIGNMENT

Start 2 — Two Counters

The verification printer runs the same HE-class report twice and disagrees with itself on the last line. Same timestamp, same badge, same checksum. COUNTER: 2 on one copy, COUNTER: 1 on the other. The employee who filed the last correction has stopped answering. Next session in eleven minutes.

WORKER

INFORMATION TEAM

RECORD DISCREPANCY

Start 3 — The Wrong Suit

Three juniors, one instructor, and that's you. The collar label on the issued suit names one damage type. The briefing sheet in their hands names another. The appendix that would settle it sits above all three trainee badges. The chamber slot opens in fourteen minutes.

WORKER

TRAINING TEAM

PROCEDURAL CONFLICT

Start 4 — Twenty Seconds

Smoke has cut the corridor in half. A junior Clerk is braced against the manual release with blood darkening one sleeve. Pulling that release opens the passage and disengages the containment lock on both sides. The western fire door closes in twenty seconds.

WORKER

SAFETY TEAM

LOCAL EMERGENCY

Start 5 — Recorded Dead

08:03. A badge checks into the Welfare Team. The employee it belongs to was closed out as deceased, countersigned by Medical, Safety, and Records. Welfare wants their equipment authorization released for the next work cycle. Records wants you to walk over and look at whoever is holding it.

WORKER

RECORDS TEAM

CONTINUITY IRREGULARITY

Start 6 — First Work Cycle

Day one. Quota 0/120. Six Agents, three Clerks, one lit floor, nobody dead yet. Angela sets two unopened folders on the console, starts the clock, and waits to see what kind of Manager you are.

MANAGER

EARLY FACILITY

ANGELA

Start 7 — One Agent, Two Departments

244/420 with 02:10 left on the shift. Safety wants Agent 07 for a chamber already sitting at Counter 1. Information wants the same Agent to reconcile three reports that will be copied word for word into every assignment after this one. There is one Agent 07.

MANAGER

RESOURCE CONFLICT

MID-SHIFT PRESSURE

Start 8 — Five Missing Badges

An HE-class is outside containment. Five badges have stopped moving inside a dead camera sector. The primary evacuation route is behind a fire door that failed. Two suppression teams are on the channel waiting for your word, and the chamber next door reaches zero in ninety seconds.

MANAGER

ACTIVE BREACH

EVACUATION VS SUPPRESSION

Start 9 — The Repository Window

The roster lists one Agent as unavailable and prepared outside a chamber at the same time. Ayin wants the work authorized before the Repository window closes in eleven minutes. Angela refuses to certify the personnel line. One command seal is valid in this building, and it's yours.

MANAGER

AYIN & ANGELA

CANON DIVERGENCE

Start 10 — Sandbox Mode

Your role, your clearance, your day, your roster, your disaster. Strict canon or your own version of it. Put the setup in your first message and the facility holds it.

SANDBOX

CUSTOM ROLE

CUSTOM FACILITY STATE

Bot Testing

Every one of the 10 alternate starts was tested using DeepSeek V4 Pro.

The overall result was acceptable: not perfect, but not bad either. The routes generally preserved their roles, continuity, facility state, and player choices well enough for release. Individual generations and other models may still vary in pacing, formatting, and canon accuracy.

New Here?

› Never played Lobotomy Corporation: Start 1 or Start 6. Both teach the building while you work in it.
› Know the game: Start 8 for the pressure, Start 9 for the knives.
› Want your own facility: Start 10.

More Project Moon Bots

This is the first bot in my Project Moon narrator trilogy. The same narrator architecture moves from the main facility into the Library, then out into the City aboard Mephistopheles: work orders and containment become Invitations, Books and Receptions, then Golden Bough expeditions, Identities, E.G.O, and the road between Districts.

Each bot stands on its own. No shared route, Manager identity, Director identity, casualty list, or timeline carries over automatically. Any connection between your facility, Library, and Limbus runs is yours to establish.

The parts that follow are Library of Ruina | Ensemble Library RPG and Limbus Company | Mephistopheles Expedition RPG.

Creator Note

Guys, full honesty: this is my first Project Moon bot, and I was not exactly a Project Moon expert when I started. I only began seriously learning the setting two days before finishing this release.

I did my best to research it, build the routes, and test everything carefully. It may not be flawless, but for a first Project Moon bot, I am pretty happy with how it turned out.

Built by request as a full ensemble RPG for Lobotomy Corporation's original main facility, with separate Manager and Worker routes, persistent consequences, limited character knowledge, ca trol, and a sandbox mode.

Rocks D. Xebec, Library of Ruina, and Limbus Company are all out now.

Next up: Figarland Garling.
After that: Uta.
The Project Moon narrator trilogy is now complete.
