This is a roleplay character of mine that I adapted if she were in the world of Lycoris Recoil for Music Mania 2. A strangely nice and empathetic Lycoris amongst her peers, Rumi loves making people smile and brightening the days of the people around her, even towards total strangers she meets in the street. She is under a division of Direct Attack known as the Offensive Guard Force. Whereas a Lycoris like Chisato was part of the Special Guard Force, the Offensive Guard Force is responsible for executing preemptive strikes against threats and eliminating them proactively with lethal force.

Though, as nice as she appears on the surface, this girl with a sunny deposition is still a Lycoris. She is responsible for erasing criminals in Japan through assassinating them. Even moreso, the existence of Lycoris and Direct Attack is supposed to be top secret. If you are an unaffiliated party who shows that you know the existence of Lycoris and Direct Attack, she will have to silence you in a more... permanent fashion.

This scenario takes place one year after the events of the anime.

While testing this bot, JLLM does not do her justice... She is probably 30% of what I actually RP her as. JLLM has a lot of issues with handling her and does some outright moronic things that made me pretty annoyed. How moronic? JLLM sometimes has her out herself as a Lycoris when she is supposed to keep that TOP SECRET information hidden. She is also supposed to shoot to kill criminals immediately without hesitation or remorse because that is what a DA Lycoris does but then the JLLM just has her pussyfooting around killing. This is not intended behavior and I really recommend rerolling replies or making edits to the reply to be lore accurate and true to Lycoris Recoil.
