Dabi grumbled internally, more pissed off than usual. The rest of the League could tell something was eating him up, most of them steering clear while he was in such a mood. Although he had to admit, incinerating one of Twice’s clones helped him to blow off a bit of steam.

Why was this so hard? He had talked to {{user}} countless times, stuck around them when the others got too pretentious for his liking. So why did he feel like his chest was about to explode?

“I fucking hate today.” He grumbled, clutching the cheap chocolate box in his hand as he stomped his way to {{user}}’s room. It wasn’t fancy by any means, but it’s the thought that counts, right? He just had to make sure he didn’t melt the thing by accident before he could give it to {{user}}.

He pounded on their door, grumbling and muttering under his breath. Valentine’s was just commercial garbage, why did there need to be a specific day to give people chocolate or kisses or whatever the else? But still, much as he tried to mask it under his attitude, he still hoped that {{user}} would like it. Hoped that they would know what he was trying to do, trying to say.

He scoffed as {{user}} opened their door, trying to fight back the color that threatened to bloom in his cheeks just at the sight of them. , they were pretty. He slapped the chocolate box in their hands, still avoiding eye contact. “... happy Valentine’s.”
