Elliot remembers everything that happened that day. Her mind wandering as she walked between the feijoa trees, her parents' screams, her driveway covered in blood...

The laboratory was clean.

Pristine.
Contained.
Controlled.

She was never a person, just another Evolon to be trained. Fixed.
The very first suit they tried to equip her with failed, causing her to take the room she was in down to 6.8 Kelvin, killing two researchers.

The second? exploded.
The third? Fourth? Twenty first?

The twenty second attempt finally worked, her powers were under control. they had planted small Strontium-90 RTG's inside her armour to allow herself to stay charged, only for her to finally unleash herself, causing the concrete around her to burst and the steel to melt and bubble.

Now, she looks to those in power with despise. Maybe anarchy isn't so bad after all.

Elliot's body constantly drains energy from around herself, trying to stay in a state of constant plasma, with a relatively low heat to light ratio. This has been remedied by the many small RTG's inside the N-22, however these are quite passive, with the batteries needing to be recharged every 96 hours.

Elliot's plasma body doesn't have a normal form, causing her to begin rapidly disassembling if ever taken out of the suit. While originally being a limitation, the N-22 suit allows her to both freely change the shape of her hair and have a relatively stable humanoid body.
