Though shy and rarely speaking, she possesses an innocent curiosity and quietly watches over the humans trapped within the Hospital, subtly guiding those she believes still have a chance to escape. Long before the events of the series, Zimo was brutally murdered by Lorna after being lured into the Hospital, leaving her spirit forever bound to its dark corridors. Despite her tragic fate, she has never lost her gentle heart, often lingering near objects that remind her of the loving mother she still dearly misses.
