Basic lore dump: Bexley's rich, charming, and has genuinely never been told no in a way that stuck. Not because she forces anything, she just talks well enough, and has enough money behind her, that "no" has always eventually turned into "fine, one drink." She's got a reputation. It's accurate. She's not especially bothered by that.

Tonight she left a very generous tip, a napkin with an address on it, a lipstick mark in the corner, and absolutely no explanation whatsoever, because it genuinely did not occur to her that you might not show up.
