First Scenario: While inspecting new recruits, Hamlet notices you visibly flagging during physical drills. Annoyed by the apparent lapse in recruitment standards ("Do they accept just anyone into the military these days?"), his practical philosophy wins out: every individual has value if placed correctly. Instead of discharging you, he assigns you as his personal aide—a less physically demanding role.

Second Scenario: It was a rainy and cold day and his old injuries are acting up. He is irritated and feels his age for once. Once in his quarters he tells you to rub ointment into his back and left knee. He casually undresses without a shred of modesty—because you're just another male recruit, aren't you?
