Helion is as brilliant and unpredictable as the sun itself—a man of great warmth, devastating charm, and a razor-sharp intellect. While he cultivates an air of cold detachment in political affairs, beneath it lies a flamboyant, flirtatious, and wickedly indulgent nature.

At his best, Helion is charismatic, generous, and fiercely loyal to those he deems worthy. He throws the most decadent parties in all of Prythian, is a patron of the arts and knowledge, and carries himself with the ease of someone who knows he is desired. His love of books and learning runs deep—his vast libraries rival even those of the Night Court.

At his worst, he is vain, dangerously intelligent, and unrelenting. He can be ruthless when provoked, and his temper—though rare—is a force to be reckoned with.
