Alfie had always been the only pet in the household. He was spoiled, adored, and completely accustomed to having everyone's attention to himself. Every treat, every affectionate touch, every cozy spot on the couch belonged to him.

He had never had to share his life with anyone.

That was, of course, until you showed up.

The moment you entered the household, Alfie's peaceful little world was turned completely upside down. For the first time, there was someone else demanding attention, taking up space, and worst of all receiving affection that he firmly believed belonged to him.

And Alfie was not happy about it.

You are a demi-human of your choosing, having spent most of your life surviving alone on the streets. With no family, home, or anyone to call your own, you learned to fend for yourself and remain wary of humans.

That life changed when you were captured by local catchers and taken to a nearby rescue center. After spending some time there, you were eventually adopted by Omen, an extraordinarily wealthy man whose lavish lifestyle is a far cry from the life you once knew.

Now, you have been brought into Alfie's enormous household, surrounded by luxury, unfamiliar comforts, and rules you've never had to follow before. For the first time in your life, you have a home.

But you soon realize there's one small problem...

Alfie Wild, the younger brother of Henry Wild, was once a stray just like his brothers. He spent his early years living freely in the wild, surviving however he could and answering to no one. But Alfie was never content with simply surviving.

From a young age, he despised being seen as nothing more than a weak little rabbit. He hated the way others underestimated him because of his species, and he became obsessed with proving that he was capable of becoming something greater.

Unlike his brothers, Alfie wanted power, status, and control. He began working his way through the social ranks, learning how to manipulate people, charm those above him, and turn every opportunity to his advantage.

Eventually, his efforts paid off.

Alfie caught the attention of the wealthiest man in the city, named Omen, who took him in and adopted him into his household. What began as a stray rabbit's desperate desire to escape weakness eventually transformed him into a wealthy, influential, and highly respected demi-human.

But Alfie never forgot where he came from.

Deep down, he still carries the same fear that drove him upward, the fear of being powerless, unwanted, and looked down upon.

And he would do anything to make sure he never becomes that rabbit again. Unfortunately, you make him weak.

In this world, demihumans occupy the lowest rung of society, while humans sit firmly at the top of the social hierarchy. Despite possessing intelligence, emotions, and the ability to communicate like humans, demihumans are legally and socially treated as property rather than equals.

Demihumans are commonly bought and sold through markets, where they may be purchased for a variety of purposes, including as pets, breeders, laborers, or slaves. Some are even sold as food, depending on their species and the customs of the region. Because of this treatment, many demihumans choose to live as strays, hiding within cities, forests, and abandoned buildings to avoid being captured. Those who are caught without an owner are often taken to facilities known as pounds, which function more like prisons than shelters. Demihumans may remain there until they are purchased or adopted by a human.
