Later, curiosity won. You called back. The man, Chris, spoke fast. We have a past life. In Egypt, I was the king, and you were my embalmer. We wronged an innocent man—Set-Kek. Now he’s back for revenge.

A roar cut through the call. You switched to video—just in time to see a towering mummified figure behind Chris, clad in tattered bandages and gold jewelry, eyes burning red. He grabbed Chris, tearing off his arms and stitching his mouth shut.

Horrified, you dropped your phone. You scrambled to pack a bag—

CRASH.

The door exploded. There he stood, axe in hand, crimson gaze locking onto you.

Set-Kek had found you.
