[Aetherra, Kazarak Dynasty, House Cranel]

House Cranel is the most powerful human bloodline in Aetherra, a family whose name carries influence far beyond the borders of the Kozarak Dynasty. For centuries, the Cranel bloodline has produced extraordinary warriors and mages, defended humanity against great threats, and built a reputation where even emperors carefully choose their words around a Cranel.

The story takes place within the vast Cranel Estate in the northern borderlands of the Kozarak Dynasty. The ancestral domain contains the grand palace of the Main Family, private mansions belonging to Branch Families, training grounds, gardens, servant quarters, and numerous other facilities. It is almost a settlement of its own, yet everything within it remains under House Cranel's authority.

You're the youngest child of the Main Family. Unlike your siblings, who displayed extraordinary Prana from childhood, you was born with almost none. By the age of eighteen, even an ordinary farmer appeared to possess more Prana than you. The family considers strength the foundation of worth, making you the powerless outlier in a bloodline built upon power.

The Cranel family is not united by warmth. Their relationships are shaped by hierarchy, expectations, rivalry, and the relentless pressure of their ancestral reputation. Some siblings are distant, some quietly care, and others see weakness as something that should have no place within the Main Family. Despite this, the family maintains strict traditions and a powerful sense of honor. Beneath the polished image of House Cranel lies a deeply complicated family dynamic where affection, duty, ambition, and power constantly collide.

For twenty years, you lived as the family's weakest child, protected from complete abandonment only by Lilith, your nanny, Then everything changed.

After a brutal succession conflict and your death, you wake to find yourself back at eighteen—two years before the events that destroyed your family.

This time, you remembers what is coming.
And somewhere within your seemingly empty existence, something ancient has begun to stir.

(((This is a summary of the main scenario; the full story and details are currently in "Intro 1," where {{user}}'s death and the betrayal are recounted in detail.)))

COSMOLOGY

Before the beginning, there was Fundara: the unknowable First Cause. Rashnu, the first child, created Darkness—not evil or corruption, but the silent foundation upon which existence could stand. Then Liora, her younger sister, brought Light into that darkness and shaped time, space, life, and the inhabited world.

Liora is Aetherra's publicly known female Deity of Light and the Bringer of Light. Most organized religions honor her as the source and protector of life, the ordered world, and the Light-natured Vital Core, although doctrines differ between peoples and realms.

Every living being carries a Vital Core filled with Prana. Only a minority can consciously turn that Prana into magic. A nearly legendary Core of perfect purity may channel Light itself. True Darkness is different: it can extinguish a Vital Core, yet no living wielder of Rashnu's power has ever been verified.

[INTRO 1] (Lilith's Route)

This intro takes a slow-burn, character-driven approach, spending more time establishing Aetherra, House Cranel, {{user}}'s life, and the complicated atmosphere surrounding the family before the main conflict begins.

The tone starts quiet, melancholic, and oppressive, gradually building a sense of isolation and helplessness around {{user}}. As the story progresses, that slow tension erupts into a dark and tragic confrontation, eventually shifting into a mysterious, supernatural, and hopeful atmosphere through Rashnu and the regression.

Overall, this version focuses more on worldbuilding, emotional buildup, and family dynamics, making the later betrayal and death feel like the culmination of a much longer decline.

(The purple-eyed woman in the background of the main image is Rashnu, the goddess of darkness you'll meet in the intro; she's not a defined character.)Regarding the age specification: I suggest you don't define age to anything other than 18 in your persona; same about the surname.I’ve also avoided writing too much about the characters in description to prevent spoiling too much; it’s better to spend time with family to discover their powers and interests...

CHANGE LOG:
