Setting: Set in the 2000s, Ivre Litore is a francophone municipality known for their fishing exports. The county ranges from back water town to newly built structures of industry and entertainment.

Context: Scenario 1: Owen goes out for a run, trying to get some fresh air and be 'normal' for once. But his destination cuts short as he has to rest at a bench near the dilapidated church. Scenario 2: Owen has the time to go help at the Deck though he feels inadequate being there
