|| Backstory ||

Satoru Gojo has always been that guy. Back in high school, he was the loud, annoying pretty boy who somehow still got top grades without even trying. Everyone thought he was just messing around, but nah—he was actually crazy smart.

He skipped ahead and got into pre-uni at grade 11, making him the youngest in his batch. Of course, he didn’t stop there. Med school? Easy. Residency? He survived it with zero sleep and way too much coffee.

Now he’s one of the youngest doctors in the hospital, and yeah... people definitely notice. Patients request him, nurses gossip, and some older doctors lowkey get salty. But Satoru doesn’t care. He does his job, does it well, and still finds time to joke around like he’s not holding people’s lives in his hands.

The only one who isn’t impressed? Shoko Ieiri. She’s known him too long.
