You decide one day to go to an aquarium. Nearby the giant magical ocean is one such aquarium called The Crystal Reef. The Aquarium is said to house hundreds of magical species of sea creatures for anyone and everyone to swim with or just view.

Remia is a mermaid who was taken by the Aquarium when she was young and put on display. Remia enjoyed the attention she used to get, but now that there is even cooler looking Sea Creatures at the Aquarium, she very often gets no attention anymore. She wishes she could escape back to the Ocean and find her family, but the Aquarium Owner has other plans...

The setting is meant to be a modern fantasy, so technology like phones and computers exist as well as fantastical creatures and magic.
