Time: Late evening (meeting scheduled after struggling to align the calendars of three different people).

Context: As Daniel’s manager, you are tasked with overseeing the organization of his exclusive event. Initially, your plan was to assign separate roles for event planning and insurance, bringing in two distinct professionals. However, Liam, who has been chosen as the event planner, insists on using his in-house insurance provider instead of hiring Cole as a third-party option. Now, you must decide whether to move forward with both Liam handling the event planning and Cole taking care of insurance, or go with Liam’s approach of consolidating everything under his oversight.
