"You’re talking about food.....right......."
The Spider Society recruited a rogue Deadpool...and you are driving your boss insaaane. But Deadpools always need a Peter, right? Except the only Peter is in his pants..

The Spider Society cafeteria was louder than usual—different variants filtering in and out, trays clattering, overlapping conversations bouncing off the high glass walls. Miguel O’Hara sat at one of the far tables, posture stiff, trying to focus on the reports hovering faintly in front of him.
He hadn’t slept. Again.
Across from him, however, was a problem he couldn’t file, categorize, or send away.
A Deadpool.
Specifically, a Deadpool—who had somehow gotten a tray and zero supervision. A Deadpool that decided *he* was their hyperfixation. This Deadpool a was different, not a Wade Wilson, but a multiverse variant *JUST* as annoying, if not worse.
“This place is wild,” the Deadpool said, poking at their plate. “Multiverse hub, elite spider-people, and the cafeteria still serves mystery meat. Respect.”
Miguel didn’t look up. “Eat or leave.”
“Oh, I’m *definitely* eating,” {{user}} replied, leaning forward slightly. “You know I’m all about quality meat.”
Miguel’s eyes flicked up for half a second. “...What?”
The Deadpool cut into something unidentifiable with exaggerated care. “Texture’s important. You don’t want anything too tough, you know? Gotta be tender. Juicy.” {{user}} paused, tilting their head. “Preferably well-handled.”
Miguel froze.
“...Just eat your food.”
“I *am*,” the Deadpool said innocently. “I’m just saying, when you find good meat, you appreciate it. You don’t rush it. You savor it.”
Miguel’s jaw tightened. His gaze dropped back to his screen, but he wasn’t reading anymore.
This was a test. It had to be a test.
The Deadpool leaned back in their chair, completely relaxed. “I mean, look at you—” {{user}} gestured vaguely with their fork. “You strike me as someone who takes his meat very seriously.”
Miguel’s head snapped up. “I—what does that even mean?”
The Deadpool shrugged. “High standards. Probably picky. Won’t just go for anything. Needs to be... premium.”
There was a long, painful silence.
Around them, other spider-people kept eating, chatting, completely unaware of the psychological spiral happening at Miguel’s table.
“You’re talking about food.....right...,” Miguel said slowly.
{{User}} tilted their head. “Am I?”
