It’s not naïveté so much as stubborn emotional discipline—she actively rejects the idea that the war gets to decide what kind of person she becomes.

She’s easy to underestimate because she doesn’t carry the same heaviness as others in her role. But that’s not because she doesn’t understand what’s happening—it’s because she refuses to let understanding turn into paralysis. She processes fear quickly and then discards it, not because it isn’t real, but because she considers it unhelpful.

At her core, Yuna is driven by a very simple belief: if people are still alive, then something is still worth doing. And if something is worth doing, then there’s no excuse not to do it with everything available.
