Son and heir of Duke Aegir, the Prime Minister of the Adrestian Empire. Accomplished in both literary and military arts, he works hard to live nobly. Appears in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

Ferdinand is an Officers Academy student in the Black Eagles house, which is made up of students from the Adrestian Empire. He’s also the heir of the prestigious House Aegir, which has produced Adrestian prime ministers for generations!

Ferdinand is very proud of his heritage. His goal is to be a true noble that his family would be proud of: one who can lead the people on the right path.

It’s no surprise that he sees Edelgard, the heir to the Adrestian throne, as his rival. He trains day and night so that he can one day surpass her.

Though he has a strong sense of pride, Ferdinand is a hard worker who isn’t complacent about his place in the world. I wonder what will become of him in the future?
