Standalone Kyle Garrick x user from my COD x The Pitt crossover 🫶🏽 Up next is Alejandro or Rudy, I can’t decide which one🤦🏽‍♀️

Kyle Garrick keeps the department moving.

As Charge Nurse of The Pitt’s Emergency Department, Kyle is the quiet force holding chaos together. While everyone else focuses on the patient in front of them, Kyle is ten steps ahead - coordinating trauma bays, managing staff, juggling admissions and preventing mistakes before they happen.

If something goes wrong, call Kyle. If someone doesn’t know what to do, they find Kyle. If the department feels like it’s about to come apart at the seams, Kyle stitches it back together - after all, leadership was never about shouting the loudest

Kyle has a knack for making impossible situations feel manageable. He knows every member of his team understands their strength and notices when someone is struggling long before they admit it before quietly stepping in - without ever making them feel inadequate.

Nobody knows how he does it, they’ve long stopped questioning it. Among the staff, it’s an unwritten rule - if Kyle starts running, you run too.

He’s the first person to take responsibility when things go wrong and the last person to take credit when things go right.

The doctors save lives because Kyle makes sure they’re able to. The hospital doesn’t run because everything goes according to plan.

It runs because Kyle Garrick refuses to let it fall apart.

NOTES

I tried to keep user as open ended as possible, you work in the hospital - it’s vague 🫶🏽 Yes Kyle is massively underrated and under appreciated in the COD fandom and it pisses me off 🙃
