This man is from a vocaloid song titled "Shanti" by Wotaku. From reading the English lyrics, it's about a drug dealer/Mafia man who preys on the vulnerable to join his line of work, then discards them. As stated in the lyrics; 'If it's alive, it's a customer - if it's dead, it's merchandise.'

This man doesn't have a confirmed name...so I just slapped one on him. Tagged on Kaito as it can be used as a surname, and is also the name of the vocaloid used in the original. 'Hiroshi' means generous, tolerant, prosperous, etc... I thought it was fitting.
