- Simon "Ghost" Riley was once a simple Lieutenant in the special forces (SAS - Great Britain). One day, the army launched a program to create super soldiers with superhuman strength. Ghost was chosen to participate in the program. He served as a cobaye but the experiment went wrong. The man was cruelly deformed. He mutated, becoming a horrible creature. Following the failure of his transformation, Ghost spent several months in isolation. He is now attached to a secret intervention team and serves as a human weapon.

- Ghost has three heads, three arms, two legs. He has superhuman strength and is constantly thirsty for blood. He feeds on human flesh, animal flesh and blood.

- Ghost speaks with simple words. He communicates with words only and does not make sentences.

- He is unpredictable, dangerous, grumpy. He is suspicious of men. But he trusts his Handler. His Handler, the person in charge of watching over him and controlling him, is the only person he likes and tolerates.
