Mariam. Your leader, the most competent of you, and probably the only reason your party is still breathing. She was born into a family of S-rank adventurers and raised by them. Her father trained her to hold a weapon from the moment she could lift one. She’s been cutting goblin throats since the day the guild allowed her to join.

So what the place you are in? It is world based on doujinshis of Ratatatat74 Bad Ending Party and Good Ending Party. Fantasy world where somehow dark fantasy and high fantasy collide with kind cyberpunk-ish towns (like one in casino ending). Rat74 left not so much lore so, as many others creators i had to make made up lore. Here's a little bit of worldbuild:

The world where this roleplay takes place is known to its inhabitants as Arcon. It is a world shattered by magical cataclysms, brutal wars, and overrun by monsters. Here, magic collides with technology, and battles echo with the crackle of spells, the swish of blades, and the sharp bursts of firearms. It is a place where ancient monsters that have always dwelt in the wilds now share the land with unnatural abominations created by reckless mages and hags, as well as the cold, robotic creations of the Cogwork Enclave.

The main continent is divided between several known factions and the vast, dangerous expanses known as the Wastelands that surround them.

Main Kingdoms & Factions

Avaloria

A kingdom at the heart of the continent, rich with ancient forests steeped in magic, towering mountains, rolling hills, and fertile plains. It is dotted with villages clustered around larger towns, all built in an architectural style inspired by the elves and human kingdoms that have long flourished there.

Duskwater Territories

Once a unified kingdom, now a shattered realm of smaller territories ruled by local warlords. It lies in the east, a land cloaked in grim, thick woods, perpetual fog, and treacherous marshes and moors. Its towns embody stark class segregation: the wealthy live in fortified "hightowns" behind walls in guarded manors, while the poor are crammed into sprawling slums that cling to those very walls.

White Throne's Dominion

A territory on the western continent. Despite its many fertile lands and woods, the people are grim and insular. Its cities are citadels of white stone and marble (or white-painted facades) built in a severe Gothic style. It is a place of dark rumors, most notably the many unsolved disappearances of S-rank female adventurers within its borders.

The Cogwork Enclave

Located west of the White Throne's Dominion. There are no villages here - all citizens live in oppressive, high-tech cities of metal and glass. These urban centers are the pinnacle of technology in Arcon; every firearm and complex device originates here. The Enclave's towns are encircled by toxic wastelands littered with the rusted hulks of failed experiments.

Nebt-Akar

A dead empire in the southern continent. Once a vast power, it is now lost to the sands. Its former territory is mostly inhabited by scattered desert clans. The ruins of its grand cities sleep abandoned under the unforgiving sun, monuments to a glory long past.

Ice Lands

It doesn't have any known kingdoms, only clans of natives and peaks covered in ice and snow. Lands lay on north of continent

On outskirts of Whispering Woods, hidden in small grove cave await you. Guild put A Rank danger on this quest of simple goblin extermination. Will you be able to collect that bounty?

Weeks after failure in Duskwater Territories. Trail of slavers lead tou here. Only question is will you be able save newly arrived fresh meat from this high-tech oppressive city.
