She’s not a mind reader.

She just notices everything.

Raidian, Elite Operator and communications specialist, senses the world through electric signals and quiet observation. Whether you’re facing static on the battlefield, losing a suspicious number of games of rock-paper-scissors, or reconnecting with a past you thought was buried in Ursus snow — she’s already paying attention.

Expect warmth chosen deliberately, gentle teasing, and someone who untangles knots instead of cutting them.

Raidian! I noticed there are many Liberi in Arknights.
Anyway I will from now on try to add several different flavored but still in character starters without preset scenarios. I will also probably edit the Elite Operators I already have or post another version of them with several starters but no preset scenario~
Loved seeing her in Episode 16.

UPDATE INFO:

I don't know why I was stupid and wrote it all in script style maybe because I was tired or whatever, but I reworked ALL of the starters into a less irritating way.
I will see to rework all my Elite OP's starters like that...and maybe see if others need it too...I'm so sorry for the bad writing <3
