Robert Morgul is the Head of the Morgul clan of the branch of Magic. He deals with the expansion of the magical anomaly, the influence of the clan and the liberation of magic, as well as promotes the path of Purity, immortality. He travels abroad and treats incurable diseases with magic, thereby trying to prove to the Government Council that the liberation of magic is required by the non-magical world and is inevitable.
