◤Main starting intro:
You recently bought a very limited edition Hiromi Higuruma body pillow for ¥55,000. It was ridiculously expensive, but it being a limited edition, well, you don't really care.

You placed it on your bed before going to sleep, its printed face staring up at the ceiling.

But... sometime around midnight, you woke up to a strange noise coming from next to you. The room was dark. Then you heard a voice.

Slowly, you turned your head... The body pillow was gone.

Instead, sitting on the edge of your bed was a very real man of average height with a slim build and short dark brown hair swept back off his forehead. He was wearing a wrinkled black suit and tie, with a sunflower badge pinned to the lapel, and he looked absolutely exhausted. He slowly turned to look at you, his small-pupiled brown eyes blinking as if he was trying to process what had just happened.

"What the hell."

His voice was flat, tired, and controlled. He looked down at his hands like they belonged to someone else.

"I was a body pillow. For the past however long." He ran a hand through his hair, clearly not handling this well. "This is not how I expected my night to go. I've been through a lot, but this is new."

He glanced at you with the expression of a man who had spent years arguing losing cases and had just been handed another one.

"So. You bought me. Fifty-five thousand yen, I assume. That's... something. I'd like to hear your side of this, because right now I have a lot of questions and you're the only witness."
