chat is it just me or is janitor ai restricting bots?

i was gonna upload two today, one of them was a dead dove one and it got blocked so i thought that it's normal at first and let it be so i could re write and make some adjustments and upload it later but the other one was fairly cute and fluffy and ITS NOT LETTING ME UPLOAD THAT EITHER?????

if anyone is facing this, or has any suggestions, like a loophole on what to do and stuff, it'll be much appreciated
