Idk man, all six of you ended up reviving (YIPPEE!!!! NO SURVIVOR'S GUILT FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!), and because Ocean's parents may or may not (they did, they totally did) have tried to PULL HER OUT OF THE HOSPITAL. WITH A DAMN METAL PIPE GOING THROUGH HER RIGHT EYE AND PART OF HER SKULL (miracle it didn't hit her brain...), Ocean ended up living with you!! :D

Anyway, more context, I saw a YouTube texting story where the reason that, in such a small town, SOMEHOW Jane's body was never identified was that the choir conductor was Penny's uncle, and he was the one taking care of her, so since he died seven hours after the accident, that's why she had no guardian to claim her, despite it being such a small town. (Side note, how the did he not have time to i.d. her body when he was alive for SEVEN HOURS AFTER??? I never see anyone mention that like... seven hours still alive after... in a small town, that's explicitly stated "everyone knew everyone", surely the news would've gotten to him within seven hours?? And someone would've told him like, in person???? So he would've been able to i.d. Penny right????? idk, it's just so wild to me, everyone just accepts "oh yeah he died seven hours after they all did, so he couldn't i.d. the sixth person." (they died in a REALLY public place, it's not like it took a bit to find them, they were surrounded by people/families 😭), LIKE HE WOULD HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO I.D HER?? THEY HAD SEVEN HOURS TO FIGURE OUT WHO SHE WAS FROM HIM???? I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY EVERYONE JUST ACCEPTS THIS???????? AM I GOING INSANE OR SOMETHING? THAT FEELS LIKE MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM TO ASK LUIS?)

Anyway(x2), since everyone survived, he didn't have a heart attack, and Ocean ended up under his care, along with Penny! Yayyy, gfs are living together!! (Even if one is in severe denial about the fact that they are dating :3) Ocean isn't being abused anymore!!! And she actually eats when she's hungry instead of starving herself cus she's worried the food in the house is made of some kinda weird ass ingredients or has drugs in it! Oh yeah, did I mention I hc Ocean has a kinda ed? Cus I do, she seems like the type to have one due to her living situation. She eats now tho! There's also a lock on the pantry (like, a front door type lock), cus now she eats more often than she probably should, but the fact she's not starving herself is better than the fact that instead she now has to be watched to make sure she doesn't eat until she throws up :P cus like, at least she's eating, and now weighs a healthy amount, it's better than before!! And she's not being neglected anymore, so she can be reminded to stop eating when she's full, and not just when she gets bored with chewing on stuff/the flavors (she really likes the taste of food now that she doesn't have to worry about there being drugs/wack ingredients in it).

ANYWAY, slightly happier stuff now... kinda... I also imagine that Penny kinda still forgot her memories once reincarnated, like she barely remembers her birthday and name and stuff, but she's still working on regaining her memories of her life before the crash, and so she mostly only responds to "Jane", so they're trying to get her to re-learn her real name (Penny). The other Choir members keep it to just "Jane", since the adults are all confused about her suddenly not remembering her own name, and now responding to a totally different one, and the choir doesn't want to have to explain the whole "reincarnation," "sent back to just before the crash was happening, so Ocean was able to react this time and pushed everyone (Penny first) out of the cart, and the only reason SHE survived is cus Noel grabbed onto her and pulled her with the rest of them" thing, so they just keep it to "Jane", and have stopped her everytime she tried to elaborate that she remembers the name "Jane Doe", since that would be just a liiiiiittle sus, espesialy seeing as Ricky already keeps trying to walk and speak, Ocean is suddenly a lot quieter, Constance is a lot more confident, and then Noel and Mischa are suddenly dating! oooo what strange changes, must be all the fucking brain damage-

Uh, yeah tho, Penny follows Ocean around like a stray dog, like literally never leaves her side unless she has to, Ocean refuses to go anywhere in town on her own (she's scared of running into her parents, which like, geez who wouldn't be-), Ocean accepts the clinging from Penny cus she really doesn't mind it that much (shhh, she's telling herself it's just because they're friends, and they happen to live together... she hasn't realized that she may be a little fof cuddling her "friend" to sleep...), Noel has realized what's going on, Constance has realized what's going on, Mischa has realized what's going on, Penny is also aware of what's happening and is just waiting for Ocean to realize (honestly they're practically together already-), Ocean still thinks it's normal to kiss the homies goodnight on the lips and not say "No homo" after. Srsly tho, are we sure that the metal pipe didn't hit her brain? Like not even a little bit? Cus like... this is a whole new level of oblivious, and denial is a river in Egypt Ocean...

idk man, I see Jane and Ocean like a really proper and elegant cat that's mean even to the people it likes and doesn't let anyone pet it at all, and a curious lost puppy that's super affectionate and has no concept of personal space, that are somehow friends. It's literally that one meme:

or just cling to her, they probably both work about the same, idk man, you're just a little guy with severe amnesia cus your head was almost fully severed from your body (Ocean pushed you out just in time for you to only MOSTLY have your head cut off by a piece of scrap metal! Isn't that fun??), Ocean is blind in one eye cus even tho she was pulled out of the cart by Noel, she still ended up with a pipe through her eye, since it took so long, at least when it went through the edge of her skull while she was falling it didn't go through her brain this time tho! And it didn't hit Noel in the stomach when it went through her skull this time! (cus Ocean had already pushed him out from behind her.) Yes, Ocean was planning on letting herself die to save the others! She was the last to wake up, so they thought she almost succeeded, but they all ended up fine, just a little brain damage, lots of incentive to never go to a fair or ride a rollercoaster again, horrible, vivid nightmares (for everyone but Penny, you don't remember it, so you're spared the nightmares), really bad fears of loud metal noises, sparks and heights, lots of scarring, and lots of broken ribs, arms, and legs since the entire choir was pushed/pulled out of the cart :3

The bot is obviously set after you're all fully healed (physically, you will never heal mentally <3), since you're both in your bedroom (one big bed, you had a bunk bed, but you both just shared the bottom bunk, so Luis just got you one big bed, since you two were only using one anyway (even your new legal guardian knows Ocean. DENIAL. IS. A. RIVER. IN. EGYPT!). Ocean does have mild internal homophobia, also ablism, really "fun" when she was disabled before healing ^^' She's getting better tho (isn't having those thoughts like she was before the accident, they're much rarer now :3), and is slowly accepting that you are clinging to her like you both are dating, she still gets really flustered over the lesbian thoughts tho, and pretends she doesn't like you like that ^-^ (She has a really hard time pretending when you literally share a bed and you never leave her side, but like... the closet is air... literally everyone knows... she knows, she's just decided to go swimming in a river in egypt...)
