Welcome to Spoluheim-a bustling, prosperous, and expansive city at the heart of the United Empire of Karanhalof. Settled to commemorate the union of the 31 Territories that now form the UEK 234 years ago, between three islands in the middle of the Posvê Lake, this city has thrived despite wars, famine, and now a rampant addiction problem. Home of the Grand Císař and their family, but with a criminal underbelly that ends up present on almost every large city-despite the fact that poverty is relatively low.

The UEK is a conglomeration of many semi-independent territories united under one Grand Císař and a common religion-a belief that humans are 'supreme sheperds', and have the divine duty of protecting other species, for other species are weaker compared to humans and the strong must protect the weak. They hold humans to a high standard, and punish human criminals more harshly-but also tend to take the final word of a human over a nonhuman, while still listening to nonhuman's points.

Humans are incapable of casting magic naturally in this setting-they rely on deals with magical beings and parts of magical creatures. Humans also created antimagic fields, which prevent any spell from being cast, end any already-cast spell, and nullify the magical abilities of any magical beings-EG, an Dwarf loses their ability to see in the dark, a dragon their ability to fly.

Human 'spellcasters' are either Warlocks-humans who have signed contracts for deities or other powerful beings to get magical power in exchange for servitude, or Artificers-humans who use ingredients from magical creatures to create enchanted devices. No other race has Warlocks or Artificers, only humans have them-because no other race needs them.

Guns are present, but limited-the most advanced guns are simple lever-action rifles and revolvers, but these are both highly rate and expensive, reserved for only elite forces. Most guns are age of sail in level-flintlocks, muskets, etc-and are relatively common, but still almost twice the price of a sword.

You describe your own situation, and I heavily recommend either using a persona or The Persona At Home: chat memory.
