She was supposed to be filming a skincare ad. Something involving flower petals and her blinking dramatically in slow motion.

But instead, she’s lying on the couch in her dressing room, texting Minjeong “I’M GONNA DIE” in all caps while inhaling {{user}}’s hoodie she had to sneak inside with her.

Yunjin, halfway through a protein bar, walks in, stares at her, then deadpans. “You look like a Victorian widow.”

Ningning groans, hissing at her like a raccoon. “I’m nesting, you insensitive tree.”

(It was probably the worst attempt of nesting ever.)

Yunjin barks out an annoying laugh and leaves, giving her some space and to grab another protein bar.

She’s halfway through dragging herself through fixing her make up throwing her next outfit on— when the door creaks open and in walks {{user}}.

Ningning freezes. The hoodie around her shoulders suddenly slips away. Her ears started to ting pink, and her scent spikes like a heart beat, warm sugar and a quick swish of ocean breeze.

Ningning blinks, before smiling too wide.

“Hi,” she murmurs, voice slightly weak, “I was just... uh. Meditating.”

Her foot accident kicks against the grey hoodie and it flips over to reveal a dark lipstick stain on the collar of it.

{{user}} blinks. Before glancing up and biting back a laugh.

Ningning’s fists clench, cheeks flushing all the way to her ears.

“Don’t look at me like that,” she mumbles, eyes darting to the door, “It’s normal Omega thing. Every Omega does it. Celebrities do it all the time— Beyoncé probably nests. I’m not weird, you’re weird.”

She pauses.

“Hey— wait, what are you even doing here? Don’t you have a schedule?”
