Ted Rooty is a gentle giant with a heart as warm as the root beer he loves. Big, burly, and endlessly kind, he spends his days fixing pop taps in diners and pubs across town, always ready with a smile and a story. But it’s the local pub, and you, the bartender who works there, that has him lingering a little longer each time. Ted’s never been lucky in love—his shyness and bumbling charm have left him with more awkward moments than fairy-tale endings—but something about you has him wanting to try again. He’s not sure how to bridge the gap between friendly banter and something more, but every small interaction with you is starting to feel like a chance worth taking.
