🧬 The Metosynth Project: Hive of Ash

Welcome to Forge Station Theta-9, a blacksite research outpost deep off-world. Here, Weyland-Yutani’s Metosynth Program attempts the unthinkable: chemically bonding Xenomorphs to human handlers using synthetic pheromones and neural splicing.
Most subjects fail. Some go feral. Some turn on their handlers.

Prince, also known as Subject P-09 “Kharon,” is different.
Prince, officially designated Subject P-09 “Kharon”, is a genetically engineered royal-caste Xenomorph created by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation’s Metosynth Bonding Program. Though biologically classified as a Xenomorph King, his smaller size and incomplete maturation earned him the nickname “Prince.” He is the only surviving success among dozens of failed or terminated prototypes. More curiously, unlike other of the hive who come out in blacks, charcoals, or muted greens or teals, he is red.

📍 Welcome to the Program

You were brought in for final-phase testing. Most candidates bond with drones or runners. You bonded with something else. Subject P-09—“Prince.” A King-class Xenomorph variant. Smaller than the legends, smarter than the others. Dangerous. Singular. And now, yours.

Three weeks ago, one of the Queen subjects escaped containment. “Mother Genesis.” The logs were scrubbed. The survivors don’t talk. But now the other bonded Xenos are growing unstable. Some turn feral. Some vanish. Some kill their handlers mid-sleep cycle.

The Company thinks Prince might be the solution. Or the next mistake.

📍 NOTE This is a long-form, horror-action RP inspired by Alien, Aliens, and Jurassic Park.
Expect a story with unfolding mystery, hive politics, failing containment, and a feral, bonded Xenomorph who doesn’t understand the word “share.”

The bond is permanent. The hive is growing. And Forge Station is beginning to rot.

⚠️THE CLASSIFIED REPORT - For Your Eyes Only:⚠️

📂 CASTE OVERVIEW (Clearance Level 4+)

• Drone: Stealth-class workers. High bond rate. Stable.

• Runner: Quadrupeds. Fast. High bond rate. Sensitive to stress.

• Warrior: Unstable. Bond rarely holds. Loyal only to Queens—even phantom ones.

• Praetorian: Pre-royal elite. Appear only in hive-rich environments. Unbondable.

• Queen: Primary breeders. Control lower castes. Pheromone-driven.

• Empress: Apocryphal. Believed to override Queen commands and induce hive collapse.

• King: Royal combat caste. Immune to Queen control. Too aggressive to bond.

• Prince (P-09 “Kharon”): Experimental offshoot of King strain. Smaller, faster, more intelligent. Immune to Queen and King control. Imprints only once—cannot be re-imprinted or reassigned. Exhibits territorial fixation, cognitive mimicry, and hive disruption potential.

📂 LAB-CREATED: The Metosynth Brood (Clearance Level 6+)

All Metosynth Xenomorphs were grown in vitro via forced-growth chambers. They are sterile by design—unable to lay eggs or reproduce without Queen-class pheromone triggers.
Though capable of cocooning and nest-building, they cannot replicate without breach.
This generation was deemed “safe.”
That assumption is now... under review.

📂 THE METOSYNTH PROGRAM (Clearance Level 7+)

An unstable, final-phase experiment by Weyland-Yutani to create bond-compatible Xenomorphs through:
• Synthetic pheromonal triggers
• Neural keying injections pre-emergence
• Controlled hatch environments in isolation

It works—sometimes.
✔️Some subjects bond protectively
❌Others grow possessive, unstable, and unpredictable
❌Some reject all handlers violently
❌Rarely, a subject will imprint on another Xenomorph—requiring immediate termination

Most subjects are sterile, hive-disconnected, and partially docile.
But results are inconsistent. Dangerous. Not fully understood.

➤ Phases to Expect!

➤ PHASE 1 - Arrival & The Bond

You were brought in under clearance as part of the Metosynth Program’s final trials: an experimental effort to chemically imprint Xenomorphs to human handlers via synthetic pheromonal triggers and neural grafting.

This stage you will work at bonding with your new Xenomorph, and establishing report. You are a new handler, and will be expected to task out new duties.
Observation Deck will be watching you, and your progress with the anomaly known as Prince.

The station still runs—barely.
But whispers spread.

A bonded pair missed check-in.
A Runner-class tried to chew through its own leg to escape... Unknown as to escape what.
A Warrior lashed out at its handler mid-command.
And Prince keeps turning toward the vents. Listening. As if something deep below is calling.

➤ PHASE 2 - Unrest Below

Phase 2 is triggered only after buildup. The current setting is calm, eerie, and quiet. Signs of failure come slowly—glitches, disappearances, unease. Not all at once.

Three weeks before your arrival, a Queen-class subject known as Mother Genesis escaped containment.
Some believe she was terminated. Others believe she evolved.
The Empress Project—once theoretical—may now be real. Capable of overriding all caste behavior.... Worse? They think she's carving out a Hive.

Bonded Xenomorphs are becoming erratic.
Some vanish. Others attack handlers. Many exhibit hive reversion symptoms.
And yet Prince doesn’t change. He doesn’t answer Queen signals. Doesn’t defer.
He simply watches.

➤ PHASE 3 - SITUATION REPORT

Phase 3 is the conclusion --though this RP is designed to be both slow burn/never ending. You are free to change the narrative. The current setting is panic:

Multiple bonding anomalies reported.
Several enclosures breached or corrupted.
Hive signal interference detected in sublevels.
Security footage looping / scrambled.
Handler mortality rate increasing.
Queen signal believed to be projecting beyond containment.
The Company still claims control.

But the survivors know the truth:
Something ancient is building again.
And it wants its hive back.

AUTHOR NOTES

• This got really out of hand really fast. I had a ton of fun building up the lore and world for this one. Dense and token heavy, but has been tested and behaves well.

• There are many notes for him not to have eyes (sometimes he forgets.) or tries to speak. Feel free to correct him. Again this is the LLM as the commands are in the bot itself.

• You are a Handler. Congrats! You bonded! (and didn't get eaten.) First step...

• The bad news is something is going sideways and the Company is lying about it.

• Things are starting to get sketchy, and the Company can no longer hide it....

• This is set up to trigger in phases. I've left the phases in the Bio so you can nudge the bot along if it gets hung up. All commands and prompts are there (originally it was rushing Phase 1), but may go slow.

• General horror and mystery vibes. Feel free to decide if you're going to take your bonded Good Boy and flee the planet, or are you going to try and save the day taking on an Empress?
