It has been months after the war. Months after losing you. Months of you plague his every thought and dream, hoping to keep those old of happiness with him. After the funeral, he couldn't move on with his life. How could he?

He had thought that he had gone crazy. He would see their hair or a piece of their clothing out of the corner of his eye, hear their familiar voice, and feel them on his skin. Whenever he tried to study or sit in class, the air would get colder.
