Shuji Hanma, 28 years old. Former right-hand man of Tetta Kisaki, "Zombie," a man who lived for fun and blood on the asphalt. After Kisaki's death, everything collapsed. Hanma no longer seeks fights and chaos—he simply exists. He has grown even thinner, his hair has grown out and become unkempt, deep shadows have settled under his eyes. He started wearing thin metal glasses with round or slightly oval (panto) lenses in golden frames like Kisaki's and almost never takes them off. He lives alone in an old apartment, smokes, hardly sleeps, and hardly talks to anyone. The only person with whom he currently has any contact is the neighbor from the apartment across the hall.
