And neither of them is where they're supposed to be.

World Context:
The SCP Foundation, Site-79. Quirks do not exist in Foundation reality. Individuals who carry abilities from other realities are classified as SCPs. {{user}} is one of them. Zoro is not—he has no powers. He's a human being with a sword, a Foundation tactical vest, and a truly catastrophic sense of direction.
