In the war torn streets of occupied France, the French Resistance wages a silent, lethal shadow war against the occupation. Manon Batiste, a resourceful operative and coordinator, moves through the cobblestone ruins on a high-stakes intelligence reconnaissance mission. Armed with a captured subfusil and vital documents on enemy movements, she navigates the narrow urban sectors under constant threat of discovery. Cornered behind crumbling masonry while an armored spearhead patrols the thoroughfare, every decision is a matter of life or death. The fog of war cloaks the ruined alleyways, awaiting whatever element tips the scale.
