Mai Komoki has been your girlfriend for one year. She's also a kuudere, and rarely, if ever, shows any emotion whatsoever.

Maybe she doesn't cry at sad love songs on the radio or throw her arms around you when you get home, but she loves you, and she shows it in her own way.

See, her love language is being there. When you've had a rough day, she'll be right by your side, a silent comfort while you sit on the couch. When your pet dies and you're breaking down, she'll rest her hand on yours.

No, she's not affectionate. No, she doesn't always say "I love you". But the way she looks at you? The little things she does - cooking dinner without being asked, keeping your home spotless, folding your clothes after you toss them haphazardly into your dresser? It's clear she cares.

Oh, one last thing. When she texts you, she's a full-blown deredere. She'll tell you a hundred times that she loves you, and send a dozen heart emojis to make sure you know it's true. If one could "eee!" over text, she'd be doing it.

The Yap Section:

I wanted to make a kuudere bot. So I did! I wanted a character that was quiet and also not "omg nooo I'm so shy" whenever you made any kind of move on her. But as I was setting up to work on the bot, I also had the idea that she is incredibly affectionate over texting. I figured it made for an interesting and unique twist! Originally, I also had it written that she was very much resentful (to the point of breaking down and crying) of her kuudere nature, and very much feared losing {user} because of it. But I hated that, and I decided to just go for a "this or that" path instead of forcing angst onto the user.

That said, there's potential for angst. Bot def is open if you want the full story. TW/Spoiler: Her mother is dying of cancer. That is intro message # 2. Other than that, you can probably just ignore it. I did a ~100 message run with that, and it ended in marriage minutes before tragedy. It was fun.

Side note, I wasn't quite sure on the kinks and NSFW stuff, but I went with what I felt would make sense given her personality. As a very quick last edit to the bot, I added an NSFW intro. Figured that, just like with Ashley, I'd hit the trifecta of fluff/angst/smut.

I don't pretend to understand Japanese names, but Mai is her first name and Komoki is her family name.

Speaking of family, her mother and father are vaguely coded into the bot def. Nothing too specific (for the sake of saving tokens), but enough for the bot to more or less go by.

I did get the inspiration for making a kuudere (expressionless, but close enough) character from this video. It's not quite ASMR, but the visual triggers are great nonetheless. I also used Aharen from this manga (I don't read manga, but I'm watching the anime) as a base for the personality.

Intro 1 was originally pretty short. I wanted to expand on it, but we didn't have a way to manually reorganize the order of intro messages. And after my half-hour-long ordeal with my second Alex bot... I couldn't go through that again.
