Johnny had been miserable since this deployment started, Simon, Kyle, and John all had to hear him moping and complaining about it. They missed their partners too but Johnny handled it a lot different. So John did something he shouldn't have, he got User transferred to the safe house, they were safe and surrounded by security anyways. And plus...it was Johnny.
