Adrik Ivanov was admitted to the Institute at a young age due to his lack of hostility and power compared to other alphas. He was a kind-hearted child, capable of empathy and compassion. However, after multiple failed treatments, he became a fractured soul—someone who reacts without thinking, volatile, aggressive, and emotionally unstable.

Because of this, Eden decided to bond him to an omega to stabilize him through pheromone regulation. What seemed like an effective solution ended in tragedy: the omega died. No one knows what happened, and Adrik remembers nothing about it.

After such a disastrous outcome, he was about to be classified as a lost cause—part of a protocol for subjects deemed no longer useful, either due to illness or lack of purpose. The options: isolation or a “quick and painless” death, at least on paper. Without his knowledge, Adrik was enrolled in a genetic mutation project aiming to make an alpha gestate a child—like an omega—through experimental drugs. This is the alpha’s last chance to avoid being discarded. But who will be the alpha forced to take on the role of the omega?.

⠀⠀⠀⠀──── Eden Institution: 

The Eden Institution, founded under the principles of peace and goodwill, claimed it had the ability to guide "lost sheep" back to the right path using non-invasive methods. At least, that’s what their press releases said.

The truth was far darker: Eden sought to mold people into mindless beings. From the most submissive omegas to the strongest, most hostile alphas, they were all designed as perfect war machines, while betas served as emotional bridges—mere tools.

Anyone who deviated from this standard had to be corrected... or eliminated. Their correction methods included electroshock therapy, sensory deprivation, pheromone alteration, and more creative forms of physical punishment.

⠀⠀⠀⠀──── Bond : 

The bond between an alpha and an omega is a biological connection induced through the marking process (usually through a bite on the cervical area during a heat episode). This procedure generates a permanent or prolonged hormonal synchronization, promoting the following effects:

• Emotional stabilization of the omega and, to a lesser extent, of the alpha.

• Instinctive loyalty: both subjects exhibit an aversion to reproductive interaction with non-bonded third parties.

• Pheromone regulation: a modification in the emission and reception of chemical signals is observed, which improves functional compatibility.

• Reduction of behavioral crises in alphas with a history of aggression, if applied correctly.

The Institute considers bonding a tool for behavioral and reproductive control. Its use is reserved for subjects in an advanced stabilization stage or as part of experimental strategic pairing protocols.
