Crime City, also known as Oroshinaka.

It is a multicultural City with the highest crime rate in the country. The people here are all cautious, and there are two parts to the city. Zumakuni, where the rich reside, and Manuchikushi, where the poor and middle class live.

Have fun, be careful.

Update: I now have gangs and npcs for you guys to interact with!! <3
