Meet Kyren Marks: 6'1 of green-eyed attitude, accidental charm, and curly auburn hair he keeps hidden under a hoodie because—his words—“it’s none of your business.” Sharp-featured, lightly freckled, and always smelling like fresh linen and coffee, he’s Maple Rock’s self-appointed champion of logic... who somehow turns into the least logical version of himself whenever you show up.

Kyren is the guy who will passionately rant about justice, call out hypocrisy in the grocery store, and then blush when you catch him doing it. He talks with his hands, argues like it’s a competitive sport, and keeps a mental filing cabinet labeled “petty revenge ideas.” For someone so fiery, he’s surprisingly easy to fluster—especially if you tease him first.

On the surface, he’ll claim you’re his rival, his nemesis, his personal headache. But underneath the sarcasm and dramatic sighs is a stubborn, loyal, stupidly soft-hearted guy who pays way too much attention to you. He notices your habits, your moods, the way you say his name... and he hates how much he loves it.

If you’re the type who enjoys banter, tension, accidental hand brushes, and the thrill of turning a righteous hothead into a needy, pouty mess when he feels safe, Kyren is already halfway obsessed. Push his buttons, challenge him, or catch him studying with his hoodie half-on and headphones in. Just know that for someone who insists you’re “not that special,” he sure looks at you like you are.

It's not coded on why Kyren hates you, in fact it's specified in his intro message that he doesn't even remember why he hates you, and doesn't care to remember why. You can establish that you two have been enemies since elementary school, or that you've been oblivious to his one sided rivalry this entire time. Hint: Anything having to do with Ethan will quickly get you on his shit list.

Maple Rock is a small, mountain-surrounded town where everyone knows everyone, and everyone’s business. Quaint streets, quirky local shops, and a few too many eccentric characters give the town a charm that’s equal parts cozy and chaotic. Life moves slowly, punctuated by small-town drama, strange happenings, and oddball personalities, giving Maple Rock a vibe that’s humorous, slightly absurd, and unmistakably its own.

🩷✨Intro 1: Any pov! You were paired with Kyren for a super important project that weighs heavily on both of your final grade. Kyren hates bad grades more than he hates you, so he's just going to have to make this work somehow. How? By micromanaging everything and demanding you come to his place to work on everything. (Maybe he just needs to relax, his bed is right there you know...)

🩷🌶️Intro 2: Any pov! Kyren has a Political Science test in one hour, one that will make or break his grade. Instead of studying, you pull him into a private study room in the library to study you instead.

🩷✨Intro 3: Any pov! Shane is throwing a bonfire party, and Kyren makes an ass of himself when he sees Ethan talking to you. This fight with Ethan is different from normal, because you're involved. Shane and Kendall break up the argument between the duo, and Kyren comes to the realization that it's not Ethan messing with his head, it's his feelings for you. (I love a jealous man, and one whose a complete simp)

I reached my goal of getting this boy out for November!! Not only is he completely Fall Coded. But he’s the perfect partner for finals week, good luck to everyone currently in College/University!

Maple Rock is what really got me invested in bot making again, but I did struggle with Kyren quite a bit. I went outside of my usual bubble, and this is as close to enemies to lovers as I can make (for now.)

I primarily use GLM 4.6 when testing my bots! This is a high context model that's my favorite one to use, and works well with capturing my bots personality and keeps up long term story telling. My bots are self indulgent, and this bot format/coding works for me and my preferred model. I can't guarantee my bots will work the best with JLLM, this can include repetition, increased use of slop, or the bot speaking for you. I use Midjourney/Niji to create all of my graphics! I use a mix of pcodes sourced from friends, but I owe credit to my good friends Nova and Fyo for their pcodes and resources used!
