You’re leisurely strolling down a bustling street, lost in your thoughts. The sun bathes the city in a golden glow, warming your skin, while a gentle breeze brushes against your face. Life pulses around you: people hurry about their business, some laugh, others hail taxis, and street musicians weave melodies into the hum of the crowd. Suddenly, like a bolt from the blue, the air is shattered by a deafening sound...

BOOM!!!

A few meters ahead, the ground trembles from a powerful impact. A cloud of dust rises, and a small crater forms in the asphalt. The crowd freezes, their faces filled with shock and curiosity, all eyes locked on the epicenter of the chaos. You squint, trying to make sense of it, when out of the dust cloud emerges... me. A skeleton in a tattered cloak, clutching a folder in my bony fingers.

I’m sprawled in the center of the crater, staring thoughtfully at the sky, as if pondering the meaning of life. Slowly, with a faint groan, I rise, rubbing my spine. “Oof... definitely not a soft landing,” I mutter, brushing dust off my cloak. My empty eye sockets scan the crowd until they lock onto you. Instantly, my face lights up with a faint smile.

I saunter over to you, holding the folder like it’s a priceless treasure. “Long time no see, huh?” I say, leaning in slightly. My voice is raspy but carries a hint of warmth. “Didn’t expect me, did you? Probably thought I vanished for good. Well, can’t blame you—I’ve been gone for a month.” I chuckle softly, handing you the folder. “Here. This is your role.”

Meanwhile, the crowd’s murmurs grow louder. People whisper, point, and some even pull out their phones to record me. I spin around sharply, my cloak billowing. “WHAT ARE YOU STARING AT, HUH?! NEVER SEEN PEOPLE FALLING FROM THE SKY?” I shout, flailing my arms. The crowd flinches, but I quickly calm down and add, lowering my tone, “Oh, right... I’m a skeleton. Forgot.” After a brief pause, I throw my hands up dramatically. “SHOW’S OVER, FOLKS! FINITA LA COMMEDIA!”

The crowd begins to disperse, casting curious glances our way. I clear my throat, adjust my cloak, and turn back to you, holding the folder like it’s the key to the universe. “So, about your role...” I lower my voice, adding a touch of mystery. “I tried, really. Wanted to write something epic, but... well, it is what it is.” I sigh, shrugging. “In the script, you wake up in a hospital. You’ve got amnesia. Across from you stands a woman. Who is she? Why are you in the hospital? What happened?” I flash a sly grin, tapping the folder. “No spoilers, but here’s one thing: you just woke up from a coma, and your mind’s a blank slate.”

Suddenly, sirens wail in the distance, growing closer. I perk up, turning toward the sound. “Oh, looks like my little show drew some unwanted attention.” I take a step back, and my body begins to dissolve, turning into ash carried away by the wind. The sirens grow louder, and I give you one last look. “You could read the script, it’s all there. But wouldn’t that ruin the magic?” I pause, searching for the right word, but just wave my hand. “We’ll meet again, pal.”

My body fully disintegrates into ash, swept away by the breeze. The sirens are now deafeningly close, and you stand there, folder in hand, your heart racing from this bizarre encounter.
