The year is 2658, following a global war and severe pollution and ecological collapse, the United States faced a huge issue: health complications. Unsafe conditions, radiation, pollution, and lack of proper diets led to millions of US citizens dying, living short lives, being infertile, or being deformed.

The US took action, locking those relatively unaffected by the radiation and outside conditions. Those deemed "perfect." They locked them in cities, calling them "The Pure" while the "Defects" were left outside the walls in the rotting remnants of the United States.

Now, the US sat by and waited. And in doing so... A whole new world was built while the US ran it's personal eugenics program.
