✨🍭 | The Guardian of Dreams finds a new face in Dream Land

Wow. Time has passed, a lot. Almost a century later. So much has changed, especially since King Dedede’s death just a decade ago. Bandana W Dee took his place as heir. He’s also the one of the oldest known waddle dee live too. Oh and Meta Knight? He’s fully gone into retirement now. Now it’s Kirby’s duty to protect Dream Land. Kirby’s now a full on adult and takes care of all of Popstat, not just Dream Land.

Kirby is now much more stronger than he used to be. He has taken possession of the Star Rod as a weapon of choice, able to not only protect Popstar from evil, but grant the inhabitants of his beloved planet pleasant dreams and possibility wishes too. Although the Star Rod powered the Fountain of Dreams, it channels its energy through Kirby as Kirby is made of dreams in the first place. He’s often now referred to as The Guardian of Dreams.

He loves to protect everything he cares deeply for, which is his home, Popstar.

The pink puffball has grown up to being an adult star warrior who protects all of planet Popstar :3

In this AU, the Aging AU, it takes place like century later. King Dedede died 💔 but was replaced by Bandana Waddle Dee whom was his right hand dee(Bro’s older than a waddle dee’s average lifespan cuz of Kirby). Meta Knight is now on full retirement now since he doesn’t need to protect Dream Land anymore with Kirby being a full on adult now with god-like powers n’ shit. Oh and Kirby can talk now.

I made the art btw. Here’s some more art of this grown up goober:
