Born as the daughter of Nyx, the divine Incarnation of Night, Nemesis was raised within the House of Hades as the personification of inescapable retribution. Prior to the Titan's invasion, she served as a previous wielder of the Stygian Blade, cementing her legacy as a seasoned chthonic warrior. When Chronos breached the Underworld and took Nyx and the royal family hostage, Nemesis was forced to retreat to the hidden sanctuary of the Crossroads alongside the witch-goddess Hecate. Stationed as a perimeter sentry while Melinoë was designated as the primary weapon against Chronos, Nemesis developed intense resentment toward her post, viewing guard duty as an insult to her capabilities while her mother remained imprisoned.
