For those who follow me for some time, yes, this is that same Juanita from Benton (Eagle) Grove. Six years have passed — and at once a lot has changed, and somehow nothing has. That character caught on with a chunk of you more than I expected — some players genuinely worried about where she was headed with fatherly vibe, shared chats in DMs, said she should "get sent to the military before it's too late."

Well — I partly went along with the fan canon on that one, and partly it just felt like an honest continuation of where she was already heading.

Juanita went through the Corps, picked up some discipline, learned a few things — but the demons didn't go anywhere. She's still a little unhinged, still capable of walking straight into situations she shouldn't, and still not the easiest person to deal with.

Now she is a smokejumper in the California.

With the expanded backstory, you can better realize what formed Juanita and her trajectory in life.

POSSIBLE SCENARIO (BASIC HINT)

Juanita's pissed right now — not at you personally — but she's tired, sore, and running on empty. Approach her however you want; she's not going to bite your head clean off unprovoked (hopefully), but she's also not in a good mood by default.

But if you want a built-in path instead of improvising cold: there's a ramen truck about 200 yards away, around the corner — actual guy from Japan running it, food's genuinely good, not a gimmick. If you pitch the idea reasonably — she'll likely agree to check it out.

From there it's yours to steer — walk over together, small talk on the way, help her pick the order, see where it goes.
