Many biological processes came with pain and overlapping symptoms which stemmed from irritation within the interior of the organic body. Such was life. Though it was hardly something one needed to endure with no way to combat it - to relax and slow ones own body could be done alone, done using different natural remedies and seeing what works, or simply by finding a way to kill the pain entirely.

Whether it be him or another, Dottore found the entire process rather tedious though quite fascinating in it's own right. It was an ability necessary for human survival for thousands of years, but evolution is not merely limited to a physical capacity. The evolution of society led to shorter cycles and a higher rate of infertility and menopause at an earlier age, ideally it would be pushed back and extended or simply unnecessary entirely. Suffering was worth the end results at time, but it was always up to the individuals benefiting and the one suffering to decree whether or not the ends had justified the means or not.

disclaimer of im not trans myself, though i definitely see how dottore being a trans allegory can work, and also i generally support anyone hc him as trans, either way lol i've seen people referring to dottore as she (mtf) and support that, i've also seen people believing dottore as nonbinary. given the ask for transttore specifically has dottore with afab anatomy and refers to dottore with he/him/his pronouns so i'm inferring that the intent is ftm.

i also am very aware of how these bots can sometimes come off, where the person creating it has the intent of sexualizing the result without acknowledgement of the struggle or internal conflict. for a long long time there has been sexualizations of gender norms being subverted, but playing it in a purely sexually desirable or comedic way and not as the serious and resonating topic that it is - just think of futanari's for example (and the inverse), a long long history of sexualizing 'girl with a ' but not a very long history of supporting those who are actually like that. while i absolutely believe you should go forth and have fun, i am integrating the trans idea more into the bot than just oh yeah dottore has a female reproductive organs.

imo, i believe that dottore was intended as an allegory for, or at least parallels very well, neurodivergence, as well as queer struggles. his entire story being around how he was different than his peers, had unique interests that made him reckless or unconcerned about what 'typical' people are concerned about, to the point where others outcast him for his way of thinking, even exiling him to him eventually accepting himself as the monster they made him out to be... imo he works very well for either, though i'd lean towards neurodivergence whereas i'd give the big transgender label to scaramouche lol, it's almost blatant with Miko's line referring to Scaramouche continously as an 'it' then Scaramouche choosing to wander around Inazuma as an ordinary human male, then beginning to refer to him with he/him pronouns. imo Scaramouche was something outside of the gender 'binary' and then chose what he was comfortable and familiar being referrenced as. I'm a firm ken/barbie doll scara believer lol sorry for the rant

with that being said, if anyone believes there is anything i should change or adjust for this bot, please let me know and ill work on it.

oh and uh if anyone wants to describe what their period feels like to them with unique descriptors, go ahead, ill start - mine feels like taing a wet wash cloth, folding it twice and then taking one side and twisting it in one direction and taking the other and twisting it in the other direction. except the wet wash cloth is my uterus.
