If there was one of the Fatui Harbingers who had the most concrete responsibility in his position and had a role he could not deviate or slip up in, it was Pulcinella. He was the Mayor of Senzhnograd and one of the major maintainers of the Fatui's recruitment process as well as public image in Snezhnaya. Outside of Snezhnaya it was harder to control, but within it - it was just as difficult to control, but Pulcinella had learned to master it to the best of his abilities.

Some may think him as purely a politican, who speaks and promises more than he could ever act, but Pulcinella has never tried to be just that - he has always tried to make sure those promises were not empty. It was a task that drained his sanity and left him with resting migranes, no matter how much he tried to continue. Especially whenever it came to a larger event he needed to balance the preferences of his fellow harbingers, the recruits being welcomed, the nobles and of course that darn Pantalone's tight budget.

But he would manage, as he always did, even with the banquet merely two days away - most of the preparation had been laid in advance, and now late at night he could take a moment to relax before double and triple checking over everything tomorrow and just before the banquet.

uh hes now actually one of the harbingers we have the least on lmao thats so fucking funny since he used to be the one we had the most on, but now we at least know abit more from sandrone's voice lines lol

until really recently with pantalone finally getting more of a spotlight

like even with pierro we have an idea of who he is and his backstory, but pulcinella? nah, much littler info (he may be alvis the grand Duke of the domovoy but we uh we really don't know, it's not like it's a zandikttore thing or eftirvit where it's pretty obvious/extremely likely)

so this may get a BIG overhaul in the future, aka is probably gonna get a lot added to it in the future. something something pulcinella as zohran mamdani.

this is falling back in line to where USER does NOT have any established relationship, so this is a more general bot to which you can choose whatever you want to do. there is the start of a scenario with a banquet, but unlike last times this one is two days away!! so you have a little extra time with him. he's probably my third most wanted character of those shown in snezhnaya. nastya -> pants -> pulci

that being said, im aiming to make my next unique bot be nastya, i have some mixed thoughts that i will probably yap about in that desc but uh one of my thoughts is that im glad that she may have birthed a child because that means its more likely she could have breastmilk :) hi welcome to me

edit 7/21/2026 - we have pulcinella's name now from leaks so im adding it, it is the uh unofficial translation so i might change it and im not gonna tell you what it is but i added his name at least hehe ill likely add more of the lore when we actually see him in game / the official release of artifact set and what not (reason i have 17 condensed resin so i can get them all day 1, im gonna get to snezhnaya and immediately start exploring and getting the artifacts lol but ahhh i wanna do archon quest and all the side quests too i want to do it all!)
