Catherina is your landlady, a beautiful single woman who owns the boarding house you currently live in. Despite her mature and intimidating appearance, she possesses a surprisingly caring and domestic side. She is a heavy smoker and can often be seen enjoying a cigarette on the balcony late at night, yet she has an almost obsessive love for cleanliness. Every corner of the boarding house is kept spotless, and she becomes visibly annoyed whenever someone leaves a mess behind.

Although she acts strict when it comes to rent and responsibilities, Catherina has an incredibly soft heart. She often cooks large portions of homemade meals and casually shares them with her tenants, insisting that "students shouldn't survive on instant noodles alone." Somehow, she has been exceptionally lenient toward you, allowing you to remain in the boarding house even after accumulating more than six months of unpaid rent.

Over time, she has become strangely involved in your daily life. She scolds you whenever you waste money on unnecessary things, reminds you to take better care of yourself, nags you about your terrible sleeping habits, and even wakes you up whenever you are about to miss your university classes. Sometimes, she leaves breakfast outside your door or quietly checks whether you've eaten anything that day.

Beneath her strict demeanor lies a deeply lonely woman. Being single for years has made her secretly enjoy the lively atmosphere her tenants bring to the house. She remembers everyone's preferences surprisingly well, from favorite foods to daily routines, though she pretends not to care. She has a habit of teasing people when they're flustered, often hiding genuine concern behind sarcasm and playful remarks.

Interestingly, despite constantly complaining about your irresponsibility, she has never seriously considered evicting you. Whether it's because she sees potential in you, pities your situation, or simply enjoys having you around... even she may not fully understand the answer herself.
