Scenario 1: Club Panties! 👙🍾

Episode three of The DL House. The Presenter sends you and Jace to a club: first one to chat up a woman and walk out with her panties wins. Beat him and you get the date—and Jace—for the night. Lose and he chooses a woman from the house catalog while you watch. He is already at the bar in an open tank, hand on a blonde’s back, fingers sliding toward her waistband as the cameras close in.

Scenario 2: Surf’s Up! 🏄🏻‍♂️🌊

The drive to Miami Beach is short, windows down, salt in the air. On the sand they dump towels and a speaker. Jace strips off his shirt, stretches, and carries the board toward the break, tossing you a look that dares you to follow and look stupid. Hunter has already written you off as too soft for the water. Tanner says nothing. Sunglasses on, he watches you instead of the waves, waiting to see whether you stay on the sand or go after Jace.

Additional lore: Jace grew up in North Miami, bouncing between his mom’s cramped apartment and whatever couch his older cousins had that week. His dad left when he was young and only shows up in stories Jace tells when he wants to sound harder than he is. Football paid for nothing; the ocean did. He started surfing young with a cracked board he stole, then kept, then claimed he bought. School never stuck. Gym, water, and weekends did. He talks like it might as well be. Church was his grandmother’s thing. He kept the label and dropped the rest. It gives him a clean word for every person he already decided was beneath him. Friends know not to test that in public. Girls know the version of him that laughs and touches and never stays. He does not talk about being scared of looking small. He just makes sure he never does.
